Are you ready to step into an important role in Drives Global Logistic and SIOP team, where your analytical skill set will make a difference by supporting fact based decision making. By applying your data engineering mindset within the areas of delivery performance, SIOP and inventory analytics, you will soon be a go-to-person, which both the broader global logistic team will benefit from as well as the global SIOP process.
Stakeholder management will be an important part of the job, both by including input from different stakeholders into the analytics, solutions and decisions, but also by proactive reaching out to stakeholders for input and feedback from factories, fulfillment team and global logistics team members.
What You'll Be Doing
SME (subject matter expert) on the delivery performance out of Danfoss Drives globally, which includes:
- Understanding the details of delivery performance KPI's
- Identifying elements impacting KPI's and aligning optimization approach with key stakeholders in the organization
- Availability and Reliability focus
Other Areas of Focus Include:
- Representing Danfoss Drives into the cross segment forum in Danfoss leading the D2C (Delivery to Customer) work on the delivery performance measurements
- Managing data behind the standard lead time including facilitating monthly and bi-yearly reviews and updates to ensure all products delivered from factories have a standard lead time attached
- Taking lead in a having the product hierarchy overview up to update, so masterdata is available for planning (phase-in and phase out products, etc)
- Link delivery performance to demand planning and inventory management eg as an indicator to increase demand plan for specific product groups
- Support factories structurally in planning, visualizing and optimizing raw material and component inventories
- Ad hoc analytical tasks within global logistics and global SIOP
What We're Looking For
- Holistic business understanding across production, inventory and demand management
- Excel skills at a high level incl power queries
- Preferably SAP and BI/Business Intelligence + Anaplan experience
- Ability to drive E2E tactical Inventory Management and reduce complexity in the supply chain
- Ability to thrive in a matrix environment, fluent in English both written and oral and being a true team player are other critical elements of the role
