Position Overview:

Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, pick/pack efficiency, and space utilization to maintain efficient warehouse capacity.
- Support layout optimization and capacity planning for storage and picking areas to facilitate smooth shipping and internal movement.
- Evaluate inbound and outbound processes to reduce lead times and minimize errors.

- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure high service quality.
- Support distribution network design and territory optimization initiatives.
- Track and report on cold chain and handling compliance for temperature-sensitive products.
- Utilize ERP, WMS, and TMS systems to extract and interpret logistics data to assist in process improvements.
- Develop dashboards and reports for real-time monitoring of warehouse and shipping metrics.
- Conduct root cause analysis of service failures and delays to set preventive actions.
- Identify automation and digital tools to streamline warehouse and logistics operations.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and relevant pharmaceutical/cosmetic regulations.
- Support audit preparation and corrective action tracking for warehouse and distribution sites.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to product traceability, storage conditions, and shipping.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

- Execute the supply planning process of inventory planning, requirements planning, production planning, and material planning
- Develop and maintain finished goods inventory targets by SKU based on service level objectives, forecast error, and replenishment lead times
- Deliver KPIs such as customer fill rate, Inventories and cost targets
- Key interface between Stock replenishment, operations, and logistics
- Identify, resolve and escalate supply chain situation/risk like manufacturing performance, material shortage or demand surge
- Manage projects that impact the supply chain, such as new product launches or capacity expansions
- Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Job Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree holder with max. 0-3 years of relevant experience – Excluding Engineering, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics (Statistics & Data Analysis)
