Understand the OpCo processes that are required to contract, deliver and support the VGE Italy portfolio of products and services that we sell and support into the VGE Italy Base of accounts.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Support in growing FIXED revenues for existing and new VGE customers in Southern Europe through enabling field sales to spend more time with their customers by taking off administration elements of quotation and governance burden from their shoulders.
- Work with relevant field sales team across the customers’ geographical footprint as required ensuring requests are fulfilled on time and in appropriate quality. To proactively maintain contact with all IT Sales Accounts Managers on a regular basis.

**Job Description**:
We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient **Sales Logistics Customer support **to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as follow:
- Handling customer inquiries (logistics, price claims.)
- Submitting offers to customers and follow-up
- Handling and following-up on customer orders
- Handling customer claims, quantities.
- Cooperating with Customer Supply chain team Africa and sales team.
- Coordinate clearing and subsequent delivery of incoming goods.
- Full support and assistance to all Bosch customers.
- Handling Data management (including electronic orders)
- Accurate documentation raised for the various processes
- Continuous attention to allocated customers' back-orders and credit limits
- Facilitating financial processes e.g. goods returns, and customer credits
- Set up and produce reports pertaining to the Sales Logistics Customer** **functions as required
- Ensure that generally accepted customer service principles are followed
**Qualifications**:
**EDUCATION**
University degree in business administration, logistic or equivalent,
**EXPERIENCE**
- Fresh graduate
- 0-1 years of experience Minimum within logistics / Sales or a relevant field
**SKILLS**
- Excellent working knowledge of MS office (word, excel, PowerPoint),
- Good coordination skills & target orientation.
- Good communication skills.
- interpersonal and communication skills, ability to interact and engage with different Customers.
- Teamplayer
**Language Skills**:
- Excellent Command of the English Language for both spoken and written.
