Job Description
The Creative Design Executive is responsible for guiding overall design concepts, executing creative strategies, and ensuring that all visual aspects of a project are aligned with the company's brand and objectives. This role involves working closely with marketing, product, and development teams to deliver impactful and cohesive design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage design projects from conceptualization to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

Working as a core member of our pipeline design team, you will work on the design of piping and instrument (P&ID), process flow (PFD), and cause and effect (C&E) diagrams. You will contribute to conceptual, preliminary and detailed design studies.
What will you be doing?
- Prepare layouts and engineering drawings for assigned projects.
- Coordinate with engineering teams on determining and addressing project priorities.
- Assist Engineers and Designers in resolving design issues.
- Interact with clients to discuss and resolve drafting related issues.
- Ensure that all drawings adhere to client, industry and company standards.
- Ensure that Supervisors receive regularly and timely process updates.
- Perform quality checks on design drawings and layouts.
- Oversee and direct the work of other drafting professionals.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Always comply with the company's QHSE policies, manuals, procedures, work systems and regulations at ABL premises, projects and client sites
What are we looking for?
Ideally, You Will Have Experience Working On The Drafting And Design Of P&IDs, PFDs And C&Es. We Are Also Looking For The Following Things
- At least 5 years relevant experience.
- Sound knowledge of industry standards and codes and the ability to apply standards to Process Design drawings.
- Experience with updating drawings based against red-line mark-ups from field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and AutoCad 3D software.
- Possess 3D knowledge (PDMS), Tribon or similar software.
- Proficiency in SmartPlant software is advantageous.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
Further Information
This position will be based at our office in Cairo.
You must have the right to live and work in Egypt.
