Key job responsibilities
Working as part of a busy support team, your key duties will require you to implement and maintain IT infrastructure, as well as interfacing confidently both verbally and in writing, to senior management stakeholders at varying levels across multiple business entities. You will provide a support service that ensures all IT equipment and infrastructure is running to its optimum performance and that all departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met on your home site as well as any remote sites that you and your team also support. You will also be running projects across the site, working closely with the business, fellow engineers, and remote support teams to implement changes and/or additions to the site's technology infrastructure to support changing business and IT requirements. You will also have a keen eye for business and/or technology trends. There is a requirement for occasional travel.
The extent of your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
· Managing the availability of all IT equipment and infrastructure through continuous improvement and continuously looking to improve equipment efficiencies and cost reductions accordingly.
· Liaising with global SME teams to facilitate the installation and maintenance of networking and server infrastructure in accordance with Amazon standards.

As a Reservoir Engineer in the team, you will be deployed as part of an integrated, multi-disciplinary agile squad. You will use your deep-technical skills, a bias to subsurface integration, and a detailed appreciation of subsurface uncertainty and risk to deliver integrated subsurface descriptions and reservoir performance predictions that underpin resource progression, field, and area development planning products across bp’s global oil and gas portfolio.

This position has responsibility for Server Solutions sales and business development. This is senior leadership role accountable for the Server Solutions sales and offerings to deliver on the multi-quarter financial performance of the brand. - Manage the brands plays & offerings to ensure healthy pipeline through the full year & quarter by quarter.
- Assesses offering performance / field feedback and competitive positioning and feedback MEA brands offering, adjusting offerings to fulfill local market dynamics and innovate new tactics to better execute on the offerings.
- Reports & forecast brands performance on Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly bases to MEA management.
- Identifies best practices and propagates them for broad adoption
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
Extensive Servers / Systems Infrastructure sales expertise including:
- Solution selling both HW & SW experience
- Strategic business development, offerings and plays
- RTM, channel programs & management system
- Multi-cultural sales experience working with and through a highly matrixed organization
- Extensive senior sales experience, able to travel 25-50% time.
- Strong Server sales / offerings / business development experience
- Collborative influence required across all business units, essential for success in this role will be the engagement and support of Channel, S&D & Cloud.
- Innovation is key factor - a leader who can implement innovative ways to differentiate IBM sales from that of our competitors
- Strong client relationship skills at CXO level

ESSENTIAL:
