- Craft and launch compelling email, push, and multi-channel campaigns that make our customers feel seen and valued.
- Develop automated journeys and lifecycle campaigns that turn new users into loyal fans.
- Use tools like Clever Tap, Insider, or similar platforms to build dynamic, data-driven customer journeys.
- Test, learn, repeat design A/B experiments, track KPIs (open rates, CTRs, conversions), and optimize accordingly.
- Work together with our content and design teams to ensure that messages are not just smart but beautiful.
- Launch triggered campaigns based on behavior, milestones, and events.
- Ensure we're on top of our compliance game (think GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and beyond).
- Report on performance, share insights, and recommend strategies to increase loyalty, boost LTV, and reduce churn.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
- 2+ years of hands-on CRM or email marketing experience.
- Proven expertise with CRM/marketing automation platforms (Clever Tap, Insider, or others).
- Strong grasp of segmentation, personalization, automation, and A/B testing.
- Bonus: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email tweaks.
- A sharp eye for detail and crystal-clear communication.
- Experience in e-commerce, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a major plus.
- Confident with Excel/Google Sheets; SQL skills = brownie points.
