**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire product lifecycle, cradle-to-grave. Oversee the development and execution of product roadmap through requirements definition, market-based feature prioritization and successful collaboration with Engineering scrum teams.
- Serve as a product champion, thought leader, and key spokesperson for the company’s Identity strategy in front of executive audiences, industry analysts and in the public forum.
- Work cross-functionally and with other product managers to ensure cross-product alignment across the entire Identity Suite and with RSA’s broader business-driven security initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Program Management to develop messaging, go-to-market plans, and key performance indicators for the product, working with all departments to execute.

**Requirements**:

- 7+ years of Product Management experience developing enterprise-grade software/SaaS, including a strong working knowledge of key cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management technologies and concepts
- Solid business sense combined with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Creative entrepreneur who finds innovative ways to overcome roadblocks and get things done
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to flesh out customer use cases and translate them into technical requirements.
- Hands-on with experience with Agile SAFe development methodologies and as a scrum product owner for large-scale engineering programs.
- Track record of exceptional performance and consistent professional growth in previous roles
- Superior communication skills (written, presentation, speaking, listening)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science; MBA a plus

Overview
Role to join the team pf the Security Solutions Organization (SSO) team at Mastercard delivers technology, products, and services that facilitate seamless, fast and secure payments across the network and the internet of things (IoT). These solutions leverage the latest technology, a vast array of data resources, and artificial intelligence (AI) to provide services that benefit the entire payments ecosystem.
Additionally, the goal of SSO is to protect and ensure the integrity of the payment system including physical and digital channels by delivering fraud management and mitigation products that address the entire account lifecycle and work equally to ensure a positive experience for consumers.
The Specialist, AI Fraud & Security Solutions will to help customers see the full value of the SSO Artificial Intelligence suite of products by maximizing product usage through:
- Improved visibility of customers performance on risk management across portfolios
- Improved customer knowledge and understanding of Mastercard's fraud solutions
- Increased and optimized utilization of Mastercard's fraud solutions
- Optimized usage of the Mastercard network and authorization strategies
The key responsibilities of this role include the following:
- Engage regularly with customers to capture their experiences with our services and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Analyze customer performance and trends for risk management KPIs
- Collaborate closely with product leads both regionally and globally to drive customer engagement and provide feedback to the product development and management teams.
- Identify areas of product cross sell among the suite of AI fraud solutions.
- Build case studies and reports at a regional level to incorporate in internal and external communications.
Role
- Assess customer's authorization and fraud performance via structured data
- Generate authorization and fraud performance presentations that reflect the customer's reality
- Capture customer's understanding of Mastercard's AI based fraud solutions and tailor training session to level set knowledge
- Build and deliver risk performance review
- Build and deliver product utilization review
- Support customers during fraud attacks
- Manage customer onboarding activities
- Communicate customer feedback to appropriate teams to enhance the client experience
- Assist with customer training and creating best practice documentation including industry knowledge and platform use
- Support the resolution of customer specific issues/concerns
All About You
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, information systems or a related field.
- Experience in fraud management
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Technologically savvy with the ability to understand and translate complex technical details into simple business concepts.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to mine and interpret data.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to learn quickly and multi-task across multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience interacting with customers and asking effective, forward thinking questions
- Knowledgeable in key metric identification for driving and maintaining healthy business performance.

**Director of Engineering **for one of our partners, a very well-known Company.

**Job Summary**:
Our partner is on the look for a
**Director of Engineering **that will be working closely with the Engineering Managers and the Product Managers to define the relevant features and requirements and translate these into actionable tasks for the product development and delivery team as technical product roadmaps. The Director Engineering prioritizes features and ensure that the team’s effort is aligned with overall technological strategy. In the area the Director Engineering works closely together with the other Tech Leaders (Chief Technology Officer, Chief Product Officer). S/he drives the teams engineering practices in test driven development, continuous integration, and automated deployment. S/he is driven by a hands-on mentality and actively coaches the team to solve complex problems. S/He has experience in leading cross-disciplinary teams, developing a clear vision/mission as well as establishing a safe, collaborative, growth-focused, purposeful, values-driven, and diverse company culture across all organizational levels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Closely collaborates with the CTO and other members of the senior leadership
- Designs the overall technological architecture in collaboration with the different squads across products
- Guides project teams on technology strategy coding best-practices, continuous integration and automated deployment
- Defines overarching development standards and improves quality, time to market and enables an efficient implementation in time
- Is responsible for the technical design of the company's products
- Mentors and coaches the technical team, specifically with code reviews and agile ways of working within a tech team to solve bugs and optimize feature delivery
- Is hands on and engages in coding to help the team to develop their solution and solves all surfacing problems at hand
- Identifies and removes technical impediments to ensure product value delivery
- Steers quarterly OKRs and Engineering KPIs
- Works with Product Managers across the company's squads to align the roadmap with strengths and opportunities within the technical stack
- Shares responsibility with Product Managers, Engineering Managers and Tech Leads across squads for building reusable and scalable components
- Constantly looks for better ways of solving technical problems and designing the solution, not afraid of challenging the status quo
- Provides the team a roadmap for implementing software engineering practices for higher code quality
- Stays connected with external sources of ideas through conferences and community engagements
- Shares responsibility to attract, recruit and retain tech talents to quickly grow the tech team across all squads

**Requirements**:

- Has degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field or equivalent work experience
- Has at least 8 years of experience as seasoned developer or technical lead with deep insight into newest technologies and trends and has at least 3 years as people leader
- Is a development expert with deep insights into newest BizDevOps operating models and tech stacks who is able to evaluate and
- Has relevant retail industry experience with online and omnichannel focus
- Has deep knowledge in cloud technologies and expertise in Azure
- Has experience in developing end-to-end e-commerce solutions
- Has experience in agile ways of working across an interdisciplinary team
- Understands relationship with Product Manager, Scrum Master, Design Lead and rest of technical team
- Has experience in proactively managing technical priorities within the Backlog
- Has strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to deliver complex messages, explain trade-offs, and tell a
- compelling story - also for corporate stakeholders
- Has strong network within the Egyptian tech ecosystem and experience in operating in diverse and international settings is preferred
- Is an active coach and mentor whose goals are to grow and maximize the team’s
