- Manage the social media communication & content:
- Plan, generate, edit, publish and share engaging content on the social media channels according social media strategy (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Manage the posts: overseeing and responding to comments, deleting inappropriate posts
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Oversee social media accounts design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
- Make the brand visible on social medias (e.g. by liking, commenting, sharing also on other pages)
