Job Description

Social Media Manager implements the social media strategy to align with business goals. His main responsibilities are:

- Manage the social media communication & content:

- Plan, generate, edit, publish and share engaging content on the social media channels according social media strategy (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Manage the posts: overseeing and responding to comments, deleting inappropriate posts
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Oversee social media accounts design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
- Make the brand visible on social medias (e.g. by liking, commenting, sharing also on other pages)
- Liaise with marketing department on marketing strategy & promotional materials (content, graphic design), collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Report the performance of a companys marketing campaigns through evaluating key performance metrics: click through rates, open rates, likes, traffics etc.
- Contribute ideas and solutions to marketing campaigns (perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences, suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions)
- Attends and presents in initiative meetings and department calls

**Requirements**:

- Good overview of social media channels (FB, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube.), previous experience at least 1 year working in social media.
- Meta Business Suite knowledge is an advantage
- Willingness to be online to manage the social media in real time
- Very good written communication skills & grammar: Egyptian Arabic (native) & English
- Copywriting medior level
- Ability to write in different communications styles: business communication, customer care communication
- Able to create basic reports
- Creativity & attention to detail
