Overview Of The Role:
The Customer Services Assistant role in Smaland involves delivering excellent customer service in IKEA's play facility. The position requires adherence to entry policies and child care SOPs to maintain a friendly and professional service standard. The role aims at improving customer service within the store, answering customer queries, and representing the IKEA brand to the required level while maintaining store standards

What You Will Do:
- Greet and welcome mothers/guardians with their children upon arrival at Smaland play facility.
- Explain Smaland admission policy in a friendly and professional manner.
- Entertain children with agreed activities based on the Commercial Calendar.
- Ensure the safety of children is the main priority while they are in Smaland.
- Make announcements and page parents if there is any issue with children in the playroom area.
- Handle routine customer complaints promptly and courteously.
- Rotate and work at the Information desk to greet customers and address all incoming inquiries.
- Ensure all system and emergency procedures are adhered to as per policy/procedure.
- Brief the Duty Manager on complaints that require management assistance.
- Adhere to all emergency procedures.
- Maintain a safe environment for children within the area.
