Main Responsibilities:
- Review warehouse operations to ensure accuracy and smooth workflow.
- Track B2B deliveries and returns to guarantee timely and correct invoice processing and resolve delays or routing issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the Telesales team to handle requests promptly and deliver daily reports.
- Prepare and distribute B2B reports to provide clear insights for decision-making.
- Follow up on returned invoices with representatives to ensure quick resolution.
- Follow up regarding shipping companies issues
Requirements:
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or operations (At least 1 year)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Odoo ERP system user will be a plus

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and introducing the monthly export plan, providing visibility to agents, and uploading the SOD report.
- Handling discussions with Demand and Supply teams.
- Preparing the actual monthly export loading plan.
- Leading export communications with freight forwarders, customers, and affiliates.
- Leading the documents and loading team.
- Opening export purchase orders and monitoring their execution until the export process is complete.
