- Being key contact for technical issues of LEMKEN products to our dealers in Denmark
- Support our dealers with machine installation, service warranty work and After Sales administration
- Actively organise and conduct demonstrations of LEMKEN products, field days, trade fairs and sales promotion activities in cooperation with our dealers
- Participation in national exhibitions, dealer open days and national working demonstrations
- Support of our Swedish team in regards of sales promotion activities
- Organise and execute training sessions to dealers and farmers in ideal using LEMKEN products
- Support of spare parts distribution
- Creating technical reports for the Service department and R&D
- Identification of market and innovation trends in close cooperation and exchange with our departments Product Management, Marketing and R&D at our headquarters in Germany
**Your skills and qualifications**:
- Technical education, ideally mechatronics or similar in the sector of ag machines
- Good technical understanding, knowledge in hydraulics and electronics
- Several years of experience in a service-oriented or mechanic position within the agricultural industry
- Interest and strong knowledge in the farming environment
- High level of communication and intercultural skills as well as commitment and ability to work in a team
- Experienced with MS Office, and comfortable with new technology
- Ready to travel frequently and upon seasonal needs within Denmark and occasionally within Europe

**Your main responsibilities:**
+ Executing service calls as instructed by the Service Manager.
+ Interact with customers & perform workshop and field service including trouble-shooting / assessment, inspection, reporting, cleaning, reassembly and testing of pumps and controls
+ Commissioning of new pumps and pump sets / controls and operator training.
