Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop
short-term certification courses and materials (1 to 4 weeks in duration)
Ensure program alignment with international certification standards
Drive
course engagement
, structure learning outcomes, and optimize participant experience
Coach and
develop trainers
to improve performance and consistency
Supervise program execution, including scheduling and trainer assignments
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to optimize learner success
Monitor training KPIs, feedback, and outcomes for continuous improvement
Ensure licensing and compliance with accreditation and e-learning bodies (e.g., NCeL)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or relevant field
Proven experience managing professional short-term training or certification programs
Understanding of international training standards (e.g., PMP, HR, ICDL, Data Analysis certificates)
Experience coaching or mentoring trainers/instructors
Familiarity with instructional design tools and blended learning techniques
Residing in Cairo and available to work onsite (Sheraton area)
Experience with Saudi/Gulf markets is a strong advantage
