Amentum is actively seeking a Fast Missile Craft (FMC) Planner/Estimator for International Fleet Support of Fast Missile Craft (FMC) Electronics/Combat Systems under the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) PMS 326 Follow-On Technical Support (FOTS) contract. **The work location will be at the Egyptian Naval Base in the port of Alexandria, Egypt.** This position includes a competitive benefits package.
**Essential responsibilities and daily duties include:**
+ Provide hands-on subject matter expertise in every aspect of technical design, repair, and specification writing associated with the TACTICOS Combat Management System and related weapons and sensor systems on the FMCs.
+ Verify work specifications for assigned electronics/combat system jobs.
+ Identify Manpower and Trade skill sets required to complete planned work.
+ Supervise requisition of material required to complete work specifications.
+ Source and obtain technical references and answer technical specifications to prevent delays.
+ Train Egyptian Navy local labor in technical writing and in overall skills sets.
+ Participate as a member of the Amentum Planning and Estimating Team under the direction of the Lead Planner.
+ Collaborate with the shipyard planning office and Technical Assistance Team (TAT) staff to facilitate FMC workload planning activities.
+ Ability to obtain a Country Clearance and Base Pass authorization.
+ Ability to possess a current passport at least two years before expiration after arrival in Egypt.
+ Provide timely and comprehensive inputs for the Monthly Status Report.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ High School diploma or GED.
+ 2 years of experience providing work package planning and estimating support for electronic/combat systems on naval vessels.
+ Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
+ Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Must be proficient in English.
+ Ability to obtain a country clearance and base pass authorization.
+ Ability to possess an active passport at least two years after arrival in Egypt.
+ Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS.
**Preferred Qualifications**

**Job Purpose:**
Planner/Scheduler position is responsible for the effective execution of all maintenance work control processes. In addition, the Planner/Scheduler provides the equipment-related expertise and technical guidance on improving Preventive Maintenance activities.
**Responsibilities**
+ Planner/Scheduler once a valid work request is submitted will prioritize, plan, schedule and follow -up on accuracy of the job plan for all planned work. There focus is not day to day but is to be proactive and optimize workforce productivity and minimize plant downtime by managing work 2 weeks to 1 month in advance. In performance of these duties the planner/scheduler has the following responsibilities:
+ Principle contact and liaison between the maintenance department and operation planning. They ensure the area, department or facility in which they are assigned receive professional maintenance service in a timely manner to ensure high equipment availability and performance.
+ Review all planned work request from assigned area and determine validity and accuracy of information and engage the appropriate resources to set a preliminary priority. (Note; emergency work orders are not processed by planner/schedulers)
+ Reviews work request for accuracy and clarity: clear scope of work, realistic completion date, proper lead times, correct equipment identification, proper charge number (if applicable), proper authorization, and discuss details with originator of the work order.
+ Review the work to be performed and determine the best way to accomplish the work. They will consult with Leads, Supervisors, Originator, Production Supervisors, Planner/Schedule and Stores as necessary.
+ Identifies and secures all parts and material required to complete the work 9) Work with Stores to manage spare part usage to maximize turns but minimize risk of using critical spares.
+ Approach all aspect of the work being performed with safety as the highest priority.
+ Provide job estimates based on craft or skills required, sequence required and number required.
+ Provide a total cost estimate for the work to be performed: labor, material, and outside services.( by automatically oracle)
+ Manage the status of work control and backlog for work order submission to work order completion. Status may include: waiting for planning, waiting parts, ready to schedule, scheduled, etc.
+ Verifies all material, information, tools and Labor are available prior to scheduling.
+ Develops a preliminary workforce schedule by crew ensuring all skills requirement and resource availability is met orders, optimum downtime windows, and necessary lead times.
+ Finalize the Maintenance resource schedule based on agreed plan with production.
+ Follow up and communicates schedule to all resources: maintenance, production, and stores .
+ Issue scheduled work orders with job plan packets to supervisors.

**Education**

**E2E SC Management for DPS CAPEX Instruments**:

- Responsible for forecasting all CAPEX requirements (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Regional Planning)

- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point. Prior ERP experience is a plus
- Experience working with quantitative & qualitative numbers, creating reports
- Fluent in Arabic and English

**Envision Employment Solutions** is currently on the look for
** Innovation Projects Planner** for one of our partners, a multinational oil and gas services company

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage multiple projects, activities, and associated resources.
- Internally maintain project life cycle process and Dept. resource planning system during projects
- Follow-up progress and report periodically internal products development
- Consult with project staff to outline work plan.
- Provide project support by developing, maintaining, and reporting on project progress.
- Produce schedule analysis for projects and/or deliverables, as required.
- Assist in distributing monthly reports, presentations, procedures, proposals and general documentation requirements.
- Liaison with projects teams to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise.
- Assist in the development and the maintenance of all forms, work instructions and processes.
- Assist with project Kick off, Risk assessments
- Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and subcontractors, as required by Dept head.
- Enter requisitions, track parts after receiving and carry out inventory on received parts for projects.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of project data.
- Assist in ensuring close-out of projects/entry of lessons learned.
- Assist in the development and the maintenance of project process forms, work instructions and processes.
- Ensure that the project maintains complete and concise communications.

**Requirements**:

- Engineering degree from reputable engineering faculty.
- 3 years experience in working in project management
- Project Management studies / certificates is a plus
- Proficient in software-Word, Excel, AutoCAD, Access and MS Project / Primavera P6.
- Strong organizational & Communication skills.
