- Prepare Site Monthly EHS report and communicate it with relevant parties.
- Monitoring site incidents to ensure they have been accurately reported and investigated, and appropriate and timely action has been initiated to prevent a recurrence.
- Develop and manage site EHS training program (including establishing training matrix, training register and maintain of training records).
- Collect and analyse EHS data and statistics to identify trends and insights in hazards, injuries, and diseases.
- Handle and report, develop and update dashboards showing site EHS performance.
- Work with the SE and Contractor Leadership to build up a strong HSE culture for the site through review of lessons learned and incident review, sharing of safety performance and safety messages in different fora and meetings.
- Lead and handle EHS Performance monitoring activities (e.g., Site Inspections, work equipment inspections, Surveys, and Incident investigations).
- Lead and support site teams in identifying, assessing, and mitigating EHS risks to an acceptable level in accordance Site risk matrix.
- Identifies the Health, Safety, and Environmental goals, objectives, policies, cultures and drives the execution of the action plans to achieve them.
**What You Bring***:
- Bachelor’s degree of Engineering or Science.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Environmental, Health and Safety
- Proof of EHS experience in Power plant is an advantage.
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is a must.
- Well-recognized EHS Qualification such as NEBOSH I Dip / ASP / CSP is an advantage.
- Very good command in English and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to coach and support employees to understand and met site EHS requirements.

- Facilitating development of learning skills and concepts
- Providing guidance and encouragement while maintaining a positive attitude
- Facilitating learning without lecturing the material
- Answering specific questions about material presented
- Assisting students in learning problem solving strategies and methods of studying
- Keeping proper records and turning them into Ali Enterprise.
**Position Requirements**:
- Ability to work from our office in 6th of October City, Egypt
- Currently enrolled in graduate or undergraduate-level courses with 2 years minimum study in tutor discipline
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
