**Responsibilities**:

- Provide IT Technical support users’ PCs, Laptops, Printers and Plotters located. This includes problem diagnosis and resolution.
- Responsible of all IP network related (switches, printer, all network devices).
- Review network utilization and performance trends.
- Upgrade system and migrate old services and servers to new services and servers based on direct supervisor's advice.

**Requirements**:

- BSc. in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
- 4 Years + of relative experience
- Experiences in Laptop/Desktop Hardware/Software fix.
- Very Good Experience in troubleshooting Windows OS.
- Very Good Knowledge of LAN Network Setup and installation.
- Very Good Knowledge in WIFI configurations.
- Ability to define, manage, and resolve desktop system problems and related network issues.
- Good Knowledge in maintaining and supporting Virtual Desktops
- Understanding of Active Directory, Windows GPO, WINS, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP and commands.
- Good understanding of different computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Office 365 for Windows Proficiency in English.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems or issues related to computer software and systems. Provide technical guidance and recommendations to resolve business problems. Analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements. Enter commands and activate controls on computer and peripheral equipment to integrate and operate equipment. Troubleshoot, modify, support, manage, and maintain applications programs and user accounts. By joining our department, you will become a part of our Automation & IT area consisting of approximately 400 highly skilled project employees. You will be a part of a Computer System Validation team of 9 committed Computer System Validation resources in our Department Manufacturing IT.

**How you might spend your days**

As NNE´s new (Senior) Project Quality Manager, you’ll be working with a motivated, multi-disciplinary team where you’ll be:

- Leading, managing, and performing quality activities in large and complex projects
- Developing and implementing verification strategy
- Defining scope of quality activities in projects and scope of work within quality work package incl. relevant commissioning activities
- Managing project quality activities at all levels with assistance from other project members
- Planning and coordinating process confirmation sessions
- Giving advice to Project Vice Presidents and being an important part of the project management team
- Aligning quality and validation concept with customer’s quality system and validation concept
- Setting direction for our engineering quality activities
- Supervising a team of quality engineers
- Giving guidance and follow-up to supplier’s quality deliverables

- Prepare complex tender documents, perform in depth evaluation and analysis of multiple disciplines, needs and related replies.

- Min 5 years of overall experience in Procurement
- Preferred experience in a large indirect and direct Procurement organization dealing with multiple contract types covering HC, Professional Services, Software, Marketing and Finance

- Experience in Procurement sourcing and oversight for all procurement RFX process for smooth delivery of operations to procurement category managers.
