- Maintaining the cost database for the respective discipline (Review/Insure Cost elements completion)
- Preparation of discipline bid estimates and man-hour estimates if needed.
Review and determination of Material Take Off (MTO) and Bill of Quantities (BoQ).
- Support procurement obtaining quotations for equipment, bulk materials and construction costs.
- The co-ordination of discipline personnel involved in the discipline bid estimate (including the preparation and specification of data suitable for pricing).
- Preparation of overall cost estimate.
Cost Estimate Analysis.
- checking Project WBS and prepare CBS.
- Participation in Risks definitions and calculations.
- Preparation of cost estimate presentation at bid approval meetings.
- Preparation of Lessons-Learnt session.
- Preparation of Handover documents related to Estimation in case of awarding

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and provide detailed cost estimates that support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Estimation of ELV/ICT packages - Input study, generation of RFI's, equipment take-off, device selection, Solution design, Controller and Server Sizing, preparation of BOQ costing, cable schedule.
+ ICT Skillsets- Networking, LAN/WAN, Wireless communication, Network Switches (L2/L3), Firewalls, Routers, Wireless controllers, Servers, Storage, Virtualization, Structured Cabling. ICT certifications/awards such as Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Microsoft (MCP), VMware etc. will be added advantage.
+ Developed knowledge on various system integration such as Security, Fire alarm, Public address, Nurse Call, Intercom, AV, IPTV, Master Clock, VoIP telephone communication etc. will be an added advantage.

· Work closely with the Project Operations Team and obtain inputs for enhancing solutions proposed.
· Assist the P&E Leader in Preparing Bid Programs for all FAS/Security etc. Bids.
· Assistance with the creating highly professional technical and commercial proposals suitable for presentation to the highest levels of management.
· Reviewing scope for all opportunities and proposals and deliver on technical compliance statements.
· Work closely with sales & business development teams in understanding and assessing customer's requirements.
· Selecting the proper combination of hardware, software, equipment, materials, and services that will deliver the highest value to the customer while supporting overall Honeywell business objectives.
· Must have the ability to multitask and produce desired results in a deadline driven environment. Proposals include technical scope, commercial estimates, deliverables, schedules and terms and conditions and other variables to meet customer requests and expectations. All proposal work must be completed according to Honeywell professional standards.
· Train other members of the P&E team on the standards of estimation followed in KSA by arranging and conducting Share & Learn Sessions.
YOU MUST HAVE
+ +5 years of experience in estimating
+ Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs
+ Proficiency in using estimating software and tools
+ Ability to interpret project plans, specifications, and drawings
WE VALUE
BE in related discipline preferably Instrumentation & Control, Electronics & Electrical Engineering etc.
· Work experience in relevant field - Min 3-8 years.
· Exposure to BMS, Fire, Security and ELV Systems.
· Working hours' flexibility to meet deadlines.
· Pre-sales process knowledge.
· Ability to manage jobs and/ or projects to standards, budgets.
· Value engineered approach in all the deliverables.
· MS office (Excel & word) competency.
