A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different at IHG, but you'll mostly be:

• Supervising and coordinating daily security operations to ensure the protection of guests, colleagues, and assets.
• Monitoring and patrolling hotel premises to maintain safety and prevent security breaches.
• Leading, training, and motivating the security team to ensure compliance with IHG security standards and protocols.
• Responding effectively to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
• Liaising with local authorities and emergency services when required.
• Conducting regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Ensuring proper access control measures and surveillance systems are in place and functioning.
• Supporting hotel management during crisis situations and implementing contingency plans.

What we need from you:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in security operations within a 4/5-star hotel environment.
• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, emergency procedures, and security systems.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, sound decisions.

Requirements:

• Supervise the main tasks and performance of the external security company. Monitor the waste process daily and ensure it is done properly according to the SOP.

• Ensure spot and random checks of incoming deliveries from suppliers are performed efficiently, without affecting the timing of the receiving process.

• Train employees on the basics of safety and security protocols.

• Review CCTV footage as needed to explore or investigate specific cases, using it as evidence for any violations of company policies.

• Conduct random checks with external security guards regarding the movement of merchandise (e.g., trucks, B2B, stores, returns to suppliers, transfers between warehouses).

• Ensure that all trucks going to stores are properly sealed.

• Attend the monthly warehouse inventory and review results with the area security manager, investigating any unusual findings if necessary.

• Initiate official investigations into security, safety, and loss prevention cases after consulting with the security manager.

• Ensure that all inbound and outbound processes are carried out properly, and raise any comments or recommendations to the security manager to minimize losses and prevent hazards.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree
• Very good in English
• The retail experiences with at least (2) years essential.
• The Security/Loss Prevention experiences

The company focuses on meeting the needs of blenders in the market by producing quality products from waste lubrication oils collected in Egypt.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Supervisor at Masafee. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing physical security, managing operations, and providing excellent customer service in Suez.

Network & Security Supervisor

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Network & Security Supervisor to lead our technical team and oversee the organization's enterprise network and security infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Cisco technologies, cybersecurity, and Data Center ACI, ensuring system availability, business continuity, and compliance with security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the Network & Security team.

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise network infrastructure.

• Manage VLANs, Inter-VLAN Routing, and Trunk/Access Ports.

• Apply and enforce security controls (ACLs, Switchport Security, Hardening) across network devices.

• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and ensure business continuity.

• Administer and secure enterprise wireless networks.

• Manage and maintain advanced security solutions (e.g., Cisco ISE, F5, FortiGate).

• Oversee Data Center ACI environments and enforce security policies.

• Implement backup strategies and disaster recovery/business continuity plans.

• Prepare periodic technical reports and provide recommendations to senior management.

• Participate in strategic projects and promote best practices in networking and security.

• Stay updated on the latest cyber threats and provide proactive solutions.

• Train and mentor team members or staff on cybersecurity best practices.

• Coordinate with external vendors and follow up on maintenance and support contracts.

• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management .

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in network & security administration.

• Preferred certifications: CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Security, CEH, Fortinet NSE.

• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco technologies and Data Center ACI.

• Proficiency in Firewalls, Load Balancers, NAC, and Wireless Controllers.

• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG).

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Experience in Cloud Networking & Security (e.g., AWS, Azure).

• Knowledge of SIEM solutions (e.g., Splunk, QRadar).

• Experience with encryption technologies (VPN, IPSec, SSL).

• Ability to develop Incident Response Plans.
