**Purpose of the job**

To work as Sr. supervisor corporate data network & security operations, responsible for the operations, support, implementation and planning of Corporate data network equipment serving the commercial and enterprise needs.

**Duties and responsibilities**

Participate in effective spare parts management for all equipment under responsibility
- Ensure the presence of proper and complete network documentation and monitoring for both new projects and the operational network
- Proper Network Performance and Activities reporting to Department Management/Top Management when needed.
- Act as a an expertise in the field facilitating knowledge transfer to Team members.
- Participate in handling complex data network projects, and ability to provide technical proposals that speed problem resolution or better implementation of WOs.
- Plays key role in network design reviews for new projects.
- Ensure a proper methodology during the diagnosis of problems, taking appropriate actions and handling the business priorities.
- Follow up on daily team activities and problems resolution with concerned teams.
- Follow up with vendors all pending problems and escalate to higher levels if SLAs are not being followed or if the business is being affected as a result of problems.
- Schedule implementation plans for network projects and reallocate the needed resources as needed without affecting the daily operations or coverage needs.
- Coordinate with other teams inside or outside Technology dept for daily operations or implementation of new tasks.
- Review and update operational procedures as needed and propose solutions to enhance the operational environment.
- Follow up existing problems and daily actions with staff and vendors.
- Technically support network installation, and operations in LAN/WAN environment.
- Perform regular network modifications through work orders.
- Participate in all Orange Projects carried over Data Network.
- Follow up existing problems and daily actions with staff and vendors.

**Job specification**

**Education**

Bachelor of Science in Engineering - Electronics & Communications or Computer Engineering Departments.

**Experience**
- At least have 6 years of experience in network implementation and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of data network concepts and devices(IP networks, Switching, Routing protocols, IP VPNs, firewalls, Nexus, load balancers).
- Experience with F5 load balancers for LTM and ASM.
- Experience with Cisco data center switching (Catalyst 6500, Nexus 2k/5k/7k/9K/1000v) and Nexus technologies such as VPC and Fabric Path.
- Good knowledge of cloud computing technologies, Cisco UCS, MDS SAN switches, OTV, EMC storage solutions and VMware.
- Required Technical certifications at least(CCNP/CCSP/SANS Security)
- CCIE Security is a plus
- Solid Knowledge of Juniper and Cisco firewalls is a must.

- Managing daily security and SD-WAN operational activity, such as but not limited to:

- Lead and coach the Tier 2 security and SD-WAN group that primarily deald with complex enhanced data services, such as Fortinet security/SD-WAN/LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, VeloCloud/VMware/Broadcom SD-WAN/LAN/WAN, and Meraki security/SD-WAN/LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi.
- Complete annual and ad hoc personnel performance evaluations.
- Train and educate personnel on trouble ticket resolution, communication, ticket prioritization, and follow-up improvement opportunities.
- Organize and host weekly or bi-weekly training sessions with specifically selected personnel to ensure all technicians can perform to the required standard, and to ensure they maintain existing, or gain new, industry certifications.
- Ensure that established processes, procedures, policies, troubleshooting/resolution guides, and troubleshooting/resolution walkthroughs are followed.
- Identify documentation that is required but not present, or requires an update, and assign resources for its completion.
- Timely interaction takes place
- Ticket resolution is achieved in an appropriate amount of time
- Communication is detailed, frequent, informative, and correct
- Customers and agents are pleased with the outcome and level of engagement
- Detailed and correct root cause data is gathered, per ticket, which is critical information that assists AireSpring in improving the customer experience on a go-forward basis and to eliminate, reduce, or shorten, future similar or related tickets.

- Identify patterns where ticket activity can be eliminated or reduced via education, training, improved or additional documentation, process changes, and/or tool enhancement.
- Act as the primary escalation point of contact for issues raised beyond the technician level and own a timely path to resolution and communication related to the escalation.

Overview
Role to join the team pf the Security Solutions Organization (SSO) team at Mastercard delivers technology, products, and services that facilitate seamless, fast and secure payments across the network and the internet of things (IoT). These solutions leverage the latest technology, a vast array of data resources, and artificial intelligence (AI) to provide services that benefit the entire payments ecosystem.
Additionally, the goal of SSO is to protect and ensure the integrity of the payment system including physical and digital channels by delivering fraud management and mitigation products that address the entire account lifecycle and work equally to ensure a positive experience for consumers.
The Specialist, AI Fraud & Security Solutions will to help customers see the full value of the SSO Artificial Intelligence suite of products by maximizing product usage through:
- Improved visibility of customers performance on risk management across portfolios
- Improved customer knowledge and understanding of Mastercard's fraud solutions
- Increased and optimized utilization of Mastercard's fraud solutions
- Optimized usage of the Mastercard network and authorization strategies
The key responsibilities of this role include the following:
- Engage regularly with customers to capture their experiences with our services and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Analyze customer performance and trends for risk management KPIs
- Collaborate closely with product leads both regionally and globally to drive customer engagement and provide feedback to the product development and management teams.
- Identify areas of product cross sell among the suite of AI fraud solutions.
- Build case studies and reports at a regional level to incorporate in internal and external communications.
