Job Purpose
Plan, develop and implement Etisalat Infrastructure data network, Telecom voice and data networks to ensure high performance, reliable, stable and expandable network for Etisalat staff and customers.

Planning and designing and implementing Telecom and Enterprise security solutions. This includes assessing data centers, core and enterprise networks, establishing security plans and recommendations to ensure a reliable and secure network. Assessing Etisalat network regularly to discover threats, vulnerabilities and recommending solutions accordingly. Responsible for directing the implementation of the recommended security solutions for Etisalat network. Supporting all Etisalat departments to integrate needed security requirements to new solutions & implementations. Assessing all new products & services from a security perspective. Developing, assessing and optimizing current security processes and policies. Ensure company strategy is in line with the latest global updates, technologies, products and services so as to ensure the ongoing development of the network and achieving business continuity. Releasing and evaluating RFPs/RFQs/RFEs and LOIs for any Telecom and enterprise security project. Supervise new products features, and checking if they are matching our security needs (proof of concepts). Supervising and evaluating work as a "first line supervisor" for both Telecommunication and Enterprise security planning teams. Ownership of security budget estimation, RFP initiation and technical evaluation. Acting as a final technical escalation point in advising permanent solutions for complex operational issues. Perform security consultancy to different business units regarding new products and services. Manage internal security expansion projects. Manage security hardware and software inventory. Contribute as team members to work with the relevant departments of the company to settle internal formal procedures regarding different tasks. Automate manual processes coordinating with internal developers. Perform risk assessment and review new projects design
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL
Essential Qualifications and Experience University Degree in: BSC in Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer science. Minimum years' Experience. Area of experience: Security. Very Good knowledge of different security devices including:Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Intrusion Detection/ Prevention Systems, Web Filter, One Time Password, Vulnerability Management, Security Information and Event Management, Data Leakage Prevention, Antivirus, Anti Spyware, HIPS, Incident Handling, Network Admission Control, Application Control and Patch Assessment. Fast learner and reader with the ability to understand diverse technologies. Very Good Computer skills. Very Good in Arabic and English (Reading, Writing and Oral). Area of Experience: Security.
QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE
At least 6 years' experience working in Network and Systems security in large corporate environment. Needs to have an in-depth knowledge of the business and the services the organization provide in order to establish security protocols. Follow security projects implementation lifecycle of security projects capability.
EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL
Cisco Certified Security Professional CCSP. Cisco Certified Design Professional CCDP. Good knowledge about Network devices. Project management skills.
EXPERIENCE_DESIRABLE

Job Summary:As a Project Risk Management professional at Bechtel, you will provide expert execution capabilities of project risk management activities. You will provide oversight, training and mentoring of project risk specialists and risk analysts toward project and corporate objectives. You will collate risk intelligence and associated best practices to distribute throughout the Bechtel enterprise.
Major Responsibilities:GBU
- Supports Corporate GBU Project Risk Managers in pre- and post-award project risk management (PRM) activities (e.g. proposal development, PRM program deployment)
- Supports specialist Corporate PRM projects for cross-GBU benefit
- Responsible for the development, deployment, and management of Corporate PRM data collection, dashboards, analysis tools and reports
- Supports the enterprise analysis of project risks
- Supports training and mentoring of junior project risk specialists and risk analysts (both on and off project resources) towards project and corporate objectives.

- Responsible for reviewing and updating the PRM team's System Admin (risk software) procedures and processes
