Key tasks and responsibilities:

- Troubleshooting and resolving high complexity customer faults.
- Provide next level technical support for Level 1 Specialists.
- When resolution is not possible ensuring the fault is passed to the most appropriate group able to resolve.
- Perform service changes by assessing risk and implementing requests reported within the agreed Change Management process through Orange Change tools.
- Resolve service problems by performing root cause analysis and designing action plans for unknown errors reported through: Problem Management Dashboard.
- Perform solution releases by authorizing, validating (changes, upgrades, updates, patches and migrations) and implementing them.
- Manage customer (internal and external) calls and provide them with regular updates as per each of the service support processes.
- Perform SIPs actions managed by senior engineers and update the action plan of the SIP
- Perform technical & management escalation as implied by the escalation process to ensure security tasks are progressing toward resolution and/or completion

- Excellent IP networks background
- Very good understanding of network security technologies (IPsec, VPN, AAA, PKI, RAS, RADUIS, TACACS, Firewall, Antivirus)
- Expertise in F5 LTM ,GTM and WAF
- Good understanding of the UNIX and Linux
- Excellent understanding of IT & operating systems
- Soft skill / business courses (Time management, facilitation skills, interpersonal skills, etc.)
- Excellent command of verbal and written English
- French is a plus
- Understanding of CISSP/CISM and CCSP
- Understanding cloud categories and deployment models for better supporting our OCB customers

The Sr. Project manager will plan, direct and coordinate activities to manage and implement the Security Portfolio projects aligned to the Roadmap including E2E product and service launches; plans, schedules, monitors and reports on activities related to the interconnected projects. Managing the Sell, Build and Run deliverables across the Security products and services.
The Sr.Project manager will be responsible for delivering and interfacing to internal suppliers, external partners, OpCo’s and the Vodafone Business stakeholder teams. Main areas of focus include the effective delivery of plans relating to market expansion, channel development, portfolio extension and sales enablement.
The Sr. Project manager determines, controls, monitors, and reviews all project/programme economics to include interconnected projects costs, budgets, staffing requirements, resources and risks.
This is like a Programme manager main role is to work with the different internal and external stakeholders to bring control and predictability for the different products various deliveries and keep the senior portfolio team updated with programme overall status, risks and issues for the sake of having sustainability and stability for the overall portfolio.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Oversee the fulfilment of portfolio goals, giving detailed attention to program strategy, project delegation, and program implementation.
- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
- Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects.
- Manage resources, staffing requirements, budget and expenditure.
