Job Purpose

Lead, manage, and develop the Structural Design Section by ensuring the delivery of safe, reliable, and cost-effective structural solutions in compliance with international standards, project requirements, and objectives. Strategic Planning & Best Practices

• Develop, implement, and monitor design strategies, policies, and standards for the Structural Design Section.
• Recommend innovative design solutions and methodologies to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Project Participation & Decision-Making Support

• Participate in tender evaluations, design reviews, and project progress meetings.
• Provide expert technical guidance and input to support decision-making at project and organizational levels.
