**Required Qualifications**

+ 1-2 years of experience working in Agile teams, ideally in a Scrum Master or Agile coordinator role
+ Understanding of Scrum, Kanban. SAFe principles are a plus
+ Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
+ Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills
+ Eagerness to learn and grow in a scaled Agile environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I) or equivalent is a plus
