About the Role
We are seeking an experienced

to join our HR Technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality end-to-end implementations of the SAP SuccessFactors Succession and Career Development modules, ensuring alignment with business strategy and talent management objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Career Development (minimum 3 full life-cycle projects).
- Conduct requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
- Design, configure, and optimize SCDP/CDP modules to align with organizational succession planning, career development, and talent management processes.
