**Responsibilities**:
All Functional Consultants will work under the direction of the Solution Architect for their area. They will be responsible for guiding Customer’s functional consultants in upgrade, design and consolidation activities. They must be able to sustain difficult discussions working with Customer resources - both business and IT.
- Strong functional and consulting skills in order to deliver from a technical perspective;
- Confident enough to guide the Customer within the adoption process of standard SAP processes;
- Experience in delivering full cycle projects including roll outs (minimum 5 full cycle projects);
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills - English is the primary language of the project;
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization;
- Ability to create/review/ improve project lifecycle deliverables (e.g., WRICEFs, test cases, various strategies,);
- Experience with ECC 6.0 Suite on HANA and previous experience with R/3 4.6C is a huge plus.
