Responsibilities: -
- Review and validate master data requests submitted through SharePoint or Service Desk.
- Perform accurate and timely execution of creation, update, and deactivation actions in the HIS/ERP system across various master data types (e.g., doctors, suppliers, items, services, contracts. etc.).
- Ensure that submitted data complies with internal governance rules, including required approvals and field completeness.
- Archive each transaction and associated documentation according to the defined archiving protocol (shared folders or SharePoint Apps).
- Communicate with data requestors for clarification, validation, or confirmation steps post-creation/modification.
- Escalate inconsistencies or systemic issues to the IT Shared Services leadership or relevant data owners.
- Coordinate with internal auditors during periodic reviews to ensure traceability and compliance.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of data management SOPs and contribute to automation efforts.
- Develop necessary monthly / Quarterly audit and review reports to ensure data quality, integrity, and completeness.
- Perform regular check on all master data and report status
- Recommend, execute enhancement strategies on all master data items to ensure quality.
Qualifications: -
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) or in a data coordination role.
- Solid understanding of master data concepts (data types, hierarchies, dependencies).
- Proficiency in using ERP front-end modules and administrative tools.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES :
- Lead the definition of standards, processes and instructions and associated tools for one or more of the cross-functional processes "Source to Procure", "Procure to Pay", "Receipt to Deliver" and "Plan to Manufacture" processes, with Alstom Regions and user groups involvement
- Analyze the IT landscape and contribute to the development of the IT strategic roadmap to deliver the target processes
- Provide to Site standard Methods (processes) & IS&T tools to support overall Supply Chain (SC) process
- Lead the definition of new IS&T tools or the improvement of actual Method & Tools (M&T) with the IS&T team based on business requirements & budget constraint.
- Drive the deployment of new core tools and make sure that they are applied in the proper and efficient way.
- Validate alignment between new processes and available tools.
- Provide sustainable support to sites (including technical trainings and key user skills developments)
- Animate Key Users networks
- Plan and conduct regular reports and reviews monitoring the adherence and reporting the performance (Key Performance Indicators) of the process and tools
- Coordinate troubleshooting and resolution of systems and interface issues in cooperation with the IS&T team
- Support mobilizations requests from Sites.
- Conduct Supply Chain continuous technology watch with Key contribution to Digital operations definition within & between Alstom sites
MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES:
- Advanced SAP knowledge in the assigned scope for Supply Chain.
