- Monitor Performance: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by monitoring team performance and providing feedback.

Your Background
- Company history, divisions and strategies knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, education, or related field
- 8-10 years of proven experience as a Training Specialist or similar role, preferably in a similar manufacturing industry.
- Deep experience in sales or sales training.
- Proficiency in software such as MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
- Proficiency in English language
- Empathetic people developer, with international experience and strong intercultural sensitivity
- Excellent presentation & facilitation skills, with an ability to engage and inspire a diverse team
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories & training methodologies.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
