Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
