Job Description
Head of Research & Development Head needed for an international company specialized in natural food ingredients located at 6 October City.

**Responsibilities/Tasks**:
- Define and implement the strategy in the area of responsibility as an integral part of the company strategy.
- Building and developing a qualified and motivated team in the area of responsibility. Technical and disciplinary leadership, assessment and development of directly subordinate employees. Decide on individual personnel measures in coordination with HR. Ensuring the best possible personnel management of employees indirectly subordinated in the line and technically in the area of responsibility.
- Define, implement and ensure optimal information exchange in the area of responsibility and with the interfaces.
- Continuously standardizing and optimizing processes and organizational structures and initiating corresponding measures. Ensuring continuous improvement in the entire area of responsibility.
- Driving forward the digital transformation in the area of responsibility. Develop an integrated digitization strategy in cooperation with the interfaces. Leveraging new technologies and functionalities to sustainably increase value contribution. Ensure optimization and mapping of new and existing business processes in the digital databases and systems.
- Planning of human, material and financial resources within the area of responsibility. Adhering to the approved budget and initiating appropriate measures in the event of imminent and identified deviations in coordination with the manager.Ensure compliance with approved budgets
- Define internal regulations, verify compliance with all applicable standards and initiate countermeasures in the event of deviation within area of responsibility.
- Managing and developing regional Application within the company and ensuring optimum and satisfactory customer support. Ensuring a timeline and quality respecting LTO Process with his Team lead's / Team Members. Exchange with Head of Sales regarding DO's | Customers | Claims | Market | Business relevant Topics. Exchange with Market Segment and Sales regarding Portfolio. Strong involvement in the R&D Structure.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in food science, Biotechnology or any relevant discipline.
Not less than 10 of ExperiencewithMinimum5 Years in Managerial and Regional role.
Experience in development all products (Food, Beverage, Flavors, etc.).
Fluent in English language.
SAP knowledge.
Strong Managerial skills.
