Responsibilities

• Processing Manpower requests and arrange resources mobilization at site.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status and present to stakeholders.
• Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks during project life cycle.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other construction and building specialists.
• Facilitate communication between project parties and resolve conflicts.
• Participate in weekly meetings with project stakeholders to provide updates and align on project progress.
• Compile and present comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to track project performance and milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven working experience (minimum 15 years) in construction management or similar role, international experience is plus.
• Must have a PMP Certificate or Training
• Strong knowledge of Lean Concepts
• Strong planning and reporting fundamentals.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, rules, regulations, quality standards, and safety best practices.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, structural diagrams, and other construction documents.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
• Evidence of recent professional activity, including reporting documents, to be shown during the recruitment process.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for supervising construction sites and running construction projects. They are employed to prepare sites prior to the commencement of construction work (to set out the site and organize facilities), to plan projects and ensure that they meet agreed specifications, budgets and timescales and to oversee building work.

Key Accountabilities:

• To direct the necessary labor, plant, staff and equipment to achieve both plot and project completion on time, to specification and within budget.

• Ensure compliance with Group Safety Policy and Health and Safety Regulations.

• Setting out and facilitating work for all direct and indirect labor

• Initiate new projects with both internal teams and clients, ensuring all parties are aligned from day one.
• Act as the main client contact, providing regular updates and clear progress reports.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Project Manager in the cybersecurity or technology sector.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity services (e.g., Red Teaming, GRC, SOC) is preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Skilled in using project management tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to analyze and simplify complex technical information.
• Capable of working in fast-paced environments and adapting quickly to change.
• Creative and proactive problem-solving skills with a strategic approach.
• Experience in business analysis and gathering client requirements.

About the Role
