+ Responsible for the implementation of the quality performance review for the whole plant to ensure customer satisfaction.
+ Analyze the product defects to identify the biggest contributors and how to tackle these contributors.
+ Supplier quality improvement programs in conjunction with Purchasing. (Supplier quality survey, supplier ratings, supplier certification, effective audit inspections, etc.).
+ Develop, report, and take action to improve metrics related to quality (i.e. cost of poor quality, customer complaints, product non-conformances, etc.).
+ Plant Management and quality management are kept up to date on quality problems and concerns.
+ Prepare the audit planning of the quality team to cover all the plant processes.
+ Support to the production in developing training aids, as appropriate, assure QC program is effective.
+ Ensure the implementation of the calibration program of all the inspection equipments
+ Drives quality improvements by working with Operations and Engineering to implement effective quality planning tools, measurement systems, sampling plans, statistical techniques, traceability system or other process controls.
+ Maintain effective surveillance program, which provides timely detection and reaction to potential field quality problems and assures low level problem recognition, accurate problem identification, and prompt and effective corrective action implementation.
+ Maintaining Egypt plant ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 management systems
What we are looking for
+ Bachelor of Chemistry Or Bachelor of Engineering
+ Very good command on English reading, writing & speaking.
+ Certified in Lean Six Sigma (Preferred to be green belt certified)
+ Statistical process control
+ Process Capability
+ Certified internal auditor for ISO management systems 9001, 14001 & 45001
+ At least 5 years of experience
