Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recreation Manager, located in Hurghada. The Recreation Manager will be responsible for overseeing recreational activities, developing and implementing programs, managing staff, budgeting, and ensuring guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. Daily tasks include supervising recreation staff, planning and directing leisure activities, and collaborating with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Sports Management, or related field (preferred).
Certified Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid.
Minimum 2 year of experience as a Recreation Manager, preferably in a luxury resort/hotel.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent level of English language.

- Observes service behaviors of employees and providing feedback to individuals.

- Supports a Spa orientation program for employees to receive the appropriate new hire training to successfully perform their job.
- Supervises on-going training initiatives and conducting training when appropriate.

- Celebrates successes and publicly recognizes the contributions of team members.
- Ensures property policies are administered fairly and consistently, disciplinary procedures and documentation are completed according to Standard and Local Operating Procedures (SOPs and LSOPs) and support the Peer Review Process.
- Assists the Spa Director in managing the day-to-day operations of the spa as necessary.
