Role Description

This is a
full-time, on-site Quality Manager
role located in
Dokki, Giza
. The Quality Manager will be responsible for leading quality assurance activities, establishing quality standards, and ensuring that all translation projects meet the company's high standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting quality audits, developing quality improvement plans, training team members on quality practices, and collaborating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Project Quality Management:

3. Laboratory Management & Testing

  • Supervise in-house and third-party laboratory testing for microbiological, chemical, and physical parameters.
  • Validate and standardize testing methods to ensure accuracy, reliability, and repeatability of results.
  • Investigate deviations, contamination risks, or non-conforming results, and implement corrective actions.

4. Supplier Quality Management

  • Establish and maintain supplier quality assurance programs, including raw material inspection, supplier audits, and quality agreements.
  • Evaluate and approve new suppliers based on food safety and quality performance criteria.
  • Work with procurement to ensure suppliers meet agreed specifications and regulatory compliance requirements.

5. Continuous Improvement & Risk Management

  • Use root cause analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and Six Sigma/Lean tools to identify improvement opportunities in manufacturing processes.
  • Lead initiatives to reduce waste, improve yield, and enhance product consistency.
  • Monitor key quality metrics (KPIs) such as customer complaints, product returns, and defect rates, and implement improvement plans.

6. Leadership & Team Development

  • Conduct regular training sessions for all plant staff on GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), hygiene, and food safety awareness.
  • Foster a culture of quality ownership and continuous improvement across the organization.

7. Customer & Stakeholder Communication

  • Serve as the main point of contact for quality-related issues with customers, regulatory bodies, and third-party auditors.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, preparing detailed root cause analysis and corrective action reports.
  • Support the sales and marketing teams with technical quality information and documentation for clients and certifications.

Qualifications
