Role Summary:
The
Quality Management & Document Control Manager
is responsible for establishing, leading, and continuously improving the quality assurance and document control functions within the organization. This role ensures all localization outputs, workflows, and documentation meet both internal standards and client expectations, while driving a culture of operational excellence. The manager oversees the development, implementation, and continuous refinement of QA strategies and a secure, compliant document management system that supports scalability, traceability, and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance & Operational Excellence
- Develop and implement a comprehensive
QA strategy
aligned with business goals and client satisfaction objectives. - Set and monitor
quality KPIs
to drive performance improvement and operational efficiency. - Design and optimize
localization QA workflows
using industry best practices and automation tools. - Lead
process re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives
using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. - Oversee implementation of
corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
to address quality deviations and recurring issues. - Conduct regular
quality reviews and audits
across localization projects and service lines. - Ensure
client-specific quality plans
are developed, implemented, and maintained. - Integrate
client feedback and LQA results
into QA processes for continuous service refinement. - Ensure compliance with
ISO 9001, ISO 17100
, and other applicable quality standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., PM, Vendor Management, Sales) to ensure alignment with quality objectives.
Document Control
- Develop, implement, and maintain an
organization-wide document control system
to manage SOPs, workflows, templates, and version-controlled documentation. - Ensure
proper classification, approval, archiving, and retrieval
of all internal and client-related documents. - Maintain document control practices in compliance with
ISO and audit requirements
. - Conduct
regular reviews and audits
of documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance. - Monitor document lifecycles and ensure periodic updates and revisions are carried out by process owners.
- Train and support teams in adhering to document control procedures and using document management systems (DMS).
- Ensure secure and role-based
access control and confidentiality
of sensitive documents.
Leadership & Reporting
- Supervise and mentor the QA & document control team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Set
team KPIs
, provide performance feedback, and promote a culture of accountability and growth. - Prepare
monthly and quarterly reports
on QA performance, document control compliance, and improvement initiatives. - Lead
training sessions and workshops
on quality assurance and document control practices. - Foster a culture of
excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning
across all teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Linguistics, Business, Engineering);
MBA preferred - Certified
Quality Auditor (CQA)

Lean Six Sigma
or equivalent - Proven experience in
quality management and document control
, preferably within the
localization or language services industry - Deep understanding of
localization workflows
, quality metrics (LQA), and industry standards - Proficiency in
Translation Management Systems (TMS)

Role Description

We are looking for a talented Power Quality Order Management Officer who will be responsible for proactively managing and coordinating the commercial and delivery aspects of projects and distribution orders containing standard products delivery, assembled-to-order, and engineered-to-order equipment for Eaton's customers in the ME region. The incumbent will serve as a customer advocate and demonstrate a leadership role in managing complex issues related to the projects and distributions orders, while communicating with plants, Distribution Centers, Logistics, various internal departments, field sales, and assigned customers base regarding the status of orders including production schedules and logistical concerns to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of project commitments, and coordinate after sales support.
The Power Quality Order Management Officer will lead the projects and form the communication channel with customers, prepare project plan and Scope, progress reports & make sure associated project documentation are completed within agreed time. This is to ensure successful delivery of projects in hand from both commercial & technical point of view.
What you'll do:Ensure that projects on hand are delivered within tolerance:
Time (to project contractual completion date)
Cost (man hours, materials and other direct costs)
Quality (first time right)
Customer satisfaction (Satisfied repeated customer)
Maintain the commercial integrity of projects and distribution orders
Reviewing and understanding customer purchase order requirements, daily/weekly projects reviews, risk mitigation measures, ensuring system data integrity
Maintaining financial control measures, claim resolution and bonds/letter of credits
Maintain company objectives throughout the order cycle while managing progress billing, accurate invoicing, on-time shipments, logistical planning and coordination.
Project communication:
Communicate effectively with plants, credit, field sales, and other internal departments on projects and orders issues and follow through to closure.
Communicate directly with the assigned customer base regarding the status of orders, shipment schedule, and invoicing.
Manage multiple project orders and prioritize time and tasks effectively to serve Eaton's customers
You will manage assigned distributor branches and manage active projects orders, of varying complexity, scope and timeline
Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton's Philosophy and Values as well as the Safety and Environmental standards
Work within the mind frame of continuous improvement philosophy
Work with different function such as Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain , Plant…. To ensure smooth execution and deliver on time
Forecast monthly target and make sure to hit the number on monthly basis
SAP knowledge to issue shipping documentation such as PL, PI, Invoice, CN….
Manage active project orders, of varying complexity, scope and timeline

Qualifications:
Bsc. of Electrical Engineering or Manufacturing
+6 years of relevant experience in a similar position
Skills:
Familiar with Power Quality Industry / Products: UPS systems solutions, Batteries and Data Centre Power distribution solutions.
Order Management experience in a senior role is a must.
ETO (Engineered to Order) order management experience is a must.
Excellent understanding / demonstrated experience in the Order to Cash Cycle
Familiar with country specific certification requirements such as KFF/ SASO / SABER and relevant certification bodies TUV KSA/ NCB's etc.
Familiar with International trade regulations and compliance requirements
Customer and Plants interfacing experience.
Good Coaching and Leadership skills to engage the team.
Process oriented with continuous improvement mindset.
Excellent Organizational, Communication, Negotiation and Presentation skills
Customer Centric
High sense of urgency, proactive approach, and risk assessment
Capability of understanding of Eaton Business System, processes, laws, rules, and regulations, and QESH standards to the extent applicable.
