**General Description**:
Quality Assurance Manager is tasked with defining and promoting a quality mindset across an entire company. He is responsible for managing all QA functions, working with cross-departmental leadership to deliver high-quality products on schedule. From hiring analysts and quality teams to leading incident investigations, establishing and maintaining a quality system to ensure a company’s facilities, equipment, personnel, methods, processes, and procedures conform to both internal guidelines and regulatory standards.
**Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the design and implementation of validation procedures, test plans, and test cases.
- Develop, write and manage the execution of an overall software test strategy.
- Lead efforts to enhance and make the testing process more efficient.
- Develops and maintains a working knowledge of business processes supported by software systems/products;
- Conduct and participate in test case reviews, requirement reviews, design reviews, and change control activities;
