Job Purpose:
Providing full support in all required legal and administrative areas in a timely and effective manner, as per business needs, and according to local laws and internal regulations
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing legal administrative and clerical support as per management request and SABISâ
- Preparing corporate legal documents and registrations, updating/maintaining Minute of Meetings Books, drafting letters, answering phone calls, opening and closing files, and any other document as per business needs.
- Ensuring a smooth and accurate correspondence of all legal documents.
- Organizing and maintaining files for all administrative and legal documents including electronic-filing databases.
Ideal Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Law or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in Administration with exposure to law practices
- Professional Behavior and Ethical Conduct

Must meet all employment requirements including, but not limited to, country and local education and certification requirements, reference checks, and criminal background checks.
