**Your responsibilities**:
- Coordinating execution strategy with the motors workshop project management head to be aligned to division strategy, contributing to the BU Growth Plans and Sales Strategy
- Delivering successfully orders amounting to at least 4 MUSD and ensuring revenue recognition, improving cash conversion cycle through flawless execution
- Improving Projects / Orders GM% and NM% with at least 2-3 %, conducting internal and external hand over meetings, contributing to contracts negotiation
- Closing coordination with country, division and BU functions to ensure proper resources planning, planning, managing and controlling all project/order activities targeting customer satisfaction in line with project cost and time dimension
- Managing sub-contractors, suppliers and site works according to project targets, ensuring customer satisfaction thru OTD, quality and flaw less execution
- Projecting close out on time coupled with collection of related payments, OBL analysis and periodization and keeping the project
- sales teams & customers updated with progress of the project
- Working in tandem with sales team to develop sales approaches & tactics, coordinating with factories to ensure improved delivery and cost optimization
- Achieving cost saving of at least 5-6 % every year, delivering the division revenue growth ambition with targeted profitability and developing the competencies in OH/PM across the division
**Your background**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in electrical or mechatronic Engineering
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Project Management
- Experience within North African countries is a plus
- Fluency in both English and Arabic language is mandator
- Fluency in French language is Plus.
