The Project Control Engineer is responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling project cost, schedule, and performance to ensure successful delivery.

Job Description - Project Control Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

·   Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using appropriate planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project), and approve submitted project schedules from Contractors to meet project requirements.

·   Monitor project progress, identify variances, and propose corrective actions.

·   Establish and maintain project budgets, track expenditures, and prepare cost control reports.

·   Perform earned value management (EVM) to measure project performance.

·   Prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and forecasts.

·   Support risk management by identifying risks and tracking mitigation plans.

·   Ensure proper document control, change management, and compliance with standards.

·   Coordinate with the Project's Consultants, and Project Manager.

·   Provide input to project close-out reports and lessons learned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.

• –7 years of experience in project controls (construction, power, or infrastructure).

• Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and cost control tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of earned value management, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
