Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from start to finish ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

• Prepare manpower weekly utilization plan.
• Processing Manpower requests and arrange resources mobilization at site.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status and present to stakeholders.
• Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks during project life cycle.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other construction and building specialists.
• Facilitate communication between project parties and resolve conflicts.
• Participate in weekly meetings with project stakeholders to provide updates and align on project progress.
• Compile and present comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to track project performance and milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven working experience (minimum 15 years) in construction management or similar role, international experience is plus.
• Must have a PMP Certificate or Training
• Strong knowledge of Lean Concepts
• Strong planning and reporting fundamentals.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, rules, regulations, quality standards, and safety best practices.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, structural diagrams, and other construction documents.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

• Manage and provide leadership and guidance to the Project Engineering Management (PEM) team. ensuring continuous improvement in processes, resources, and tools.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain PEM procedure and execution plans.
• Prepare and follow the PEM team budget, including the cost of subcontracted engineering services.
• Prepare and maintain the relevant engineering department organization chart, ensuring adequate assigned resources.
• Manage and control the interface between PEM and the project/department's internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop a continuous improvement approach regarding the PEM process, tools, and human resources.
