About The Role
:
We are seeking a Project Finance Analyst or Associate (depending on their level of experience) to support the analysis and valuation of new renewable energy and infrastructure investment opportunities. The role requirements includes, but not limited to, the following:

  • Create and maintain investment grade project financial models.
  • Evaluate new investment opportunities and identify key economic drivers and risks.
  • Source new business opportunities through existing and new channels.
  • Own relationships with eDGe's existing clients including managing day to day transaction processes and providing value add advice such as strategy advice, financial modeling, due diligence, structuring, negotiating key agreements, research and market analysis.
  • Negotiate, structure and execute agreements with third parties as necessary.
  • Prepare investment presentations, memos and materials as necessary.
  • Identify value creation opportunities for eDGe's existing clients such as M&A opportunities, new market development or financial advice.
  • Manage due diligence processes, data rooms and identify key project risks.
