What you will do

• Drive sophisticated 5G and 4G Core and Cloud engagements from initial scoping through delivery for Ericsson's Customers in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry
• Lead and empower local and global teams to deliver on-time, enhance profitability, and improve continuously, through strong governance and project controls
• Identify all milestones, obstacles, recommend and implement workable solutions, identify and mitigate risk, raise and resolve issues

You will bring

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience as Customer Project Manager, Solution Architect, or Program Manager, including Core and Cloud delivery
• Experience delivering physical, virtualized, and containerized Network Function projects
• Expertise in automating test and deployment processes
• Experience to Support sales teams to drive new business opportunities.
• Strong project control skills, with the ability to manage projects to meet targets and deadlines.
• Solid financial background and experience with business case development
• Highly developed risk-management skills
• Demonstrated accountability, customer-focused mindset, positive outlook, willingness to help others outside your assigned activities
• Strong relationship management experience with leadership, engineers, developers, support, and sales teams
• Innovative and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Experience with solutions in the Packet Core and communication services platforms (e.g., Dual Mode Core, PCC/PCG, MME, EPG, SAPC, UDM, IMS VoLTE, IoT)
• Experience using automation and software management tools such as JIRA, Confluence or SharePoint.

1. Project Management & Scheduling

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure following
  PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies.
