- Support security measures implementation in coordination with Human Recourses.
- Ensure effective implementation of Operation Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the streams, to keep Lean Operations, and minimize waste.
- Build and sustain robust data base system of all steams in factory.
- Ensure that all productions areas are in inspection ready state.
- Ensure that manufacturing / packaging of Sterile and non-sterile products meet agreed targets in accordance with WHO & EDA Guidelines, cGMP specifications & EHS regulations.
- Direct the Production Personnel, contribute to Sites Strategy and implement tactical goals for competitive advantage.
- Achieve annual Targets in accordance with specified requirements in cost efficient manner while promoting an environment of Continuous Improvement ensuring that high quality products are produced right first-time as per production schedule, and operations are conducted in a safe manner.
- Achieve new products introduction as planned supporting R&D and other departments to achieve their goals as well.
- Build culture of discipline respecting cGMP rules focusing on good documentation practices.
- Build one team for factory with common vision and Objectives.
- Assure the development of talented staff and look after short-term and long-term successors.
- Follow and assess recruitment for selection of fut
