Production Engineer – Light Gauge Steel (LGS)

Location: Cairo

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the production of LGS sections (studs, tracks, joists) using roll forming machines.
• Ensure all products are manufactured according to shop drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with design & site teams to align production with project schedules.
• Optimize production processes to minimize waste and increase efficiency.
• Conduct daily inspections for quality, safety, and machine performance.
• Oversee proper storage, packaging, and delivery of finished products to site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical (Production/Industrial) or Civil Engineering.
• 7-9 years of experience in Prefab / LGS / Steel Manufacturing / Construction Industry.
• Strong knowledge of roll forming, production planning, and quality control.
• Ability to read technical/shop drawings and coordinate with design teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily embroidery production and ensure orders are completed on time.
• Guide and support section heads with patience and clarity.
• Responsible for quality control, ensuring the center standards are met.
• Act as the link between section heads and management.
• Maintain records of production progress
• Support in problem-solving and troubleshooting issues on the floor.

Requirements
