Responsibilities
- Prevent Highlight material lack during Project execution
- Release Prepare and estimate feasible Work Packs to production
- Schedule available Work Packs with due consideration to Resources workload and Projects priorities
- Set up and maintain Fabrication databases (Material Utilization Factors, Productivity)
- Set up and maintain cumulative yard workload by Resource status, consolidating current and incoming projects
- Validate and analyze Production feedback relevant to progress, productivity, spent hours and materials, assuring traceability and final Reconciliation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent technical education.
- Minimum 7 years of experience experience in fabrication, production planning, or project execution in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Understanding of fabrication processes, materials management, and yard operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, or Primavera

Purpose of the role
You will be responsible for planning, scheduling and ordering of finished products from manufacturing to be shipped to customers.
Report Line
Job holder will be reporting to the Site Planning Manager.
Job Location
You will be based (On Site) in our location in 6th of October site 3rd Industrial Zone, Giza City.
Main Responsibilities:
- You will enter required planning data in SAP.
- Resolve shortages through efficient scheduling to provide an appropriate level of inventory following corporate standards.
- Ensure customer (internal and external) response on time managing realistic daily plans considering capacity and finished product(s) availability.
- Communicate with Logistics to ensure that finished products will be shipped.
- Work under the standards of quality, safety and industrial hygiene and good practices.
- Identify opportunities for improvement.
- Track orders and escalate problems.
- Communicate and work with relevant team members to solve issues.
- Achieve and maintain service level targets.
- Obsolescence Control (use of SLOB Tool for Inventory at Risk assessment).
- Review customer orders for finished products resale demands.
- Resolve or escalate issues related to orders, working with production, customer care.
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly status reports (e.g. COOISPI schedule, OTS, past due purchase orders) and distribute.
- Work with materials and production planners to resolve supply issues.
Technical Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in the area
- Technical Skills
- APICS certification perferred
- ERP/MRP expertise
- Strong affinity to systems and analytical tools (Desired SAP, BI,BO)
- Language skills: English Fluent

- Work effectively with internal (production & supply planning teams, procurement, plant warehouse & logistics teams, plant BD-business development and other multi-functional resources) & external stakeholders (suppliers, transportation, vendors etc.) to ensure consistent and reliable supply of materials for production use in accordance to our standards, procedures and protocols. Proactively and timely report any production or Vendor/shipping/carrier issues, and enlist supplier, transporter, planning teams to pre-empt any business impact and/or accommodate changes production and/or delivery schedules as appropriate.
- Execute MRPs-Material requirement planning systems, Defining & maintaining boundaries and parameters, Materials call offs processes; RM/PM – raw & packing materials and finish product supply chain set up for new products in collaboration with BD; Vendor conformance to schedule, Build self and other Key User's capability on SAP planning systems; Manage inventory for RM & PM and FP as per KPI targets, Plant DMS participation and alignment for Operational excellence, Support IBP preparation & dashboard completion, Adhering to Manufacturing compliance and governance standards.
- Adopt IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working and standard work processes and own one or more Pillar systems/ processes at the site/ area level. Actively participate in SN-Supply Network pillar activities and lead systems and projects to drive Supply Chain Loss Analysis and elimination; work on Supply Network capabilities to drive value and loss elimination.
