As a Production Manager, you will oversee the entire production process for light
manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. This role requires a
strong background in light production, with proven experience in managing teams, optimizing
workflows, and maintaining safety and quality standards.
You will coordinate between production teams, supply chain, and quality control to meet
production targets and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Your responsibilities will encompass the following key areas:-
Production Planning & Management:
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to meet production schedules
and targets.
- Allocate resources effectively and ensure optimal utilization of manpower and
machinery.
- Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and
reduce waste.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, motivate, and develop production staff, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and
continuous improvement.
- Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of the production team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Quality Control & Compliance:
- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure products meet specifications and

Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with supply chain, maintenance, engineering, and sales teams to

- Contribute to budgeting and cost control efforts related to production activities.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and
attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
- 10–15 years of experience in production management, especially within light
manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing large teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
