Leads Publicis Group's Audio-Visual Production Department, that sits at the heart of the advertising agency's offering, being able to craft the work across the board, and contribute to the agency's creative excellency. Advertising is 80 percent idea, but it is also 80 percent execution, so grasping each opportunity throughout the creative and production process, to inspire and delight is key in this role, through solid partnerships and collaborations that can create the kind of magic that cannot go unnoticed.
Qualifications:
Encourage and empower peers/clients to come up/execute proactive work that strengthened our client-agency relationship, by executing great work that elevates the creative output from the agency and serving clients' best interest.
• Developing and Producing Initiatives that are widely recognized in Local/Global Awards, bringing fame to the Groupe through a clear winning strategy.
• 15+ years of work experience with a proven track record of great work and awards recognition.
• Set clear KPIs, guideline, objectives for the team based on their respective roles so they are aware what is expected from them and the areas of improvement that they need to focus on.
• Facilitate and foster the continuous learning and improvement culture. Cascade the knowledge and expertise with the team while also sharing new trends and technologies with the wider Creative and Communication Management teams to improve their production skills and knowledge.
• Identify a clear winning strategy against all production projects and take all necessary actions to achieve the desired results:
o Maintain open channel with the creative and communication leads
o Offer creative production solution to overcome timeline and budget challenges
o Always stay up to date with any production practices that will support the business and deliver on the new production perspective.
o Maintain a high level of confidence and maturity when dealing with difficult situations and not letting any obstacles to affect the decisions. Always focus on dealing with the current situation to achieve results and then deal with the consequences that led to the situation.
o Track the implementation of any decision or request in line with the set timeline. Assure people are also delivering on requests / tasks beyond the day-to-day job.
• Ensure to maintain an honest working environment that enables and empowers people:
o To grow and advance in their career, feel recognized about their work and achievements.
o Set and follow a proper internal production process and educate stakeholders on the same to ensure there is a seamless workflow to drive efficiency and productivity.

1-Hands-On Design Execution:
- Actively participate in creating and designing visual content for campaigns, advertisements, branding materials, digital assets, and more.
- Develop and refine design concepts, layouts, and graphics, ensuring they align with the brand's vision and objectives.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite and other design software to produce high-quality designs, from initial concept to final production.
- Creative Direction and Strategy:
- Lead the visual strategy for projects, developing creative concepts, mood boards, and visual narratives that align with brand objectives.
- Set the creative direction and design standards for projects, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all content.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship:
- Oversee, guide, and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
- Conduct regular team reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance the team's skill set and creativity.
- Project Management and Execution:
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, from concept through final execution, meeting deadlines and upholding high-quality standards.

- Brand Consistency and Innovation:
- Ensure consistency in visual elements across all projects, maintaining adherence to brand guidelines while innovating with fresh ideas.

- Client and Stakeholder Interaction:
- Present design concepts and campaigns to clients and stakeholders, articulating the creative vision and incorporating feedback effectively.

Job Requierments
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in graphic design, art direction, or a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing both individual and team-led projects.
- Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Design Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with strong typography, color theory, and layout expertise.
