Overview
Role to join the team pf the Security Solutions Organization (SSO) team at Mastercard delivers technology, products, and services that facilitate seamless, fast and secure payments across the network and the internet of things (IoT). These solutions leverage the latest technology, a vast array of data resources, and artificial intelligence (AI) to provide services that benefit the entire payments ecosystem.
Additionally, the goal of SSO is to protect and ensure the integrity of the payment system including physical and digital channels by delivering fraud management and mitigation products that address the entire account lifecycle and work equally to ensure a positive experience for consumers.
The Specialist, AI Fraud & Security Solutions will to help customers see the full value of the SSO Artificial Intelligence suite of products by maximizing product usage through:
- Improved visibility of customers performance on risk management across portfolios
- Improved customer knowledge and understanding of Mastercard's fraud solutions
- Increased and optimized utilization of Mastercard's fraud solutions

The key responsibilities of this role include the following:
- Engage regularly with customers to capture their experiences with our services and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

In your role as the **Product Development Manager **you will develop, validate and implement common serviceability specifications, service part release/information and simultaneous production across multiple vehicle platforms. Represent Aftersales Engineering within the Global Vehicle Development Process and with Product Engineering at the assigned Body Subsystem Core PDT(s). Holds themselves and others accountable for demonstrating GMs values and cultural behaviors. Performs other related duties as assigned.

CCA's Global Aftersales Engineering organization has responsibility for the service deliverable readiness of every GM vehicle globally. These include: service part release, service information, labor time guide, service part catalogue, diagnostic software, service programming, pre-delivery inspection forms, customer service information and special tools. Responsible for efficiently and effectively facilitating the execution of Aftersales Engineering work within their specific function.

Job Description

Maintain abreast of technical knowledge in terms of ingredients, formulations and processes relating to dairy products by keeping updated with scientific literature, competitors’ products and participation in scientific seminars and meetings.
- Responsible for developing, optimizing and improving products formulation
- Collaborate effectively in cross-functional team (Procurement, Marketing, MRP, Industrial support team etc.) to achieve the target objectives.

- Experience in leading junior team.

**FUNCTIONS**:
Responsible for production operations to achieve the targets. Maintains high performance standards in terms of production effeiciency, operation ability, utilisation and cost-effectiveness of operations in order to meet the requirements of annual kproduction plan. Prepares comprehensive production annual and semi annual reports. Establish and maintains system and procedures for production processes to ensure systematic operations.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
B.Sc. in engineering, preferably Industrial or Chemical Engineering
A minimum of 6 years experience in a range of senior production positions. It is expected that at least 2 years of this would be at the managerial level.
Tissue paper mill knowledge is a must.
Leadership ability is essential along with well-developed analytical and organisational skills.
Excellent written and spoken English and the ability to communicate effectively.
Must be achievement oriented and focused on producing results.
Strong customer focus.
Must be committed to recognising and developing staff potential within the business unit to ensure high performance and growth.
