This Position is Responsible For
- Owning the development of a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
- Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design
- 3+ years experience working in UI/UX design for digital products or services
- Experience with design software (e.g. Adobe XD/ Sketch, iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite)
- Portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms
- Time management and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for details
- Strong verbal and written communicator; must effectively communicate with technical and non-technical people

**About the job**:
**Responsibilities**
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Own overall end-to-end user experience - from the big picture (owning the overall user experience and consistency across an entire product) down to specifics of UI layout for a feature or service flow
- Create wireframes, storyboards, walkthroughs, and prototypes to communicate your design to the rest of the team.
- Develop detailed wireframes, user flows, mockups, and other product deliverables to effectively communicate designs and product requirements.
- Envision and develop intuitive, scalable, and engaging interactions and experience designs for multiple platforms (web and mobile)
- Work with our in-house User Research department to test features and incorporate user feedback into design iterations.
- Communicate designs - Create meaningful UX deliverables such as sketching, storyboards, sitemaps, wireframes, flowcharts, prototypes, and presentations that help the team understand what to build and why
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve existing web, apps, mobile and interactive designs.
- Conduct and provide UX research about useability and functionality
- Create original graphic designs (e.g., icons, characters, vectors, images, sketches, and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

- +3 years of proven working experience in the design and user experience field

- Able to mentor and grow junior UX designers
- An appreciation for the iterative nature of the design process
- Attention to detail and care for producing polished work
- A great portfolio of work and a track record
- Lead the design of the complex interface and user interaction layouts and graphics, most of the time balancing multiple online projects efficiently.

- Working experience with agile, analytics, A/B testing, and GIT flow is important
- Excellent HTML/CSS and JavaScript skills are preferred
- Expert level in modern mobile and server coding and design practices, for example, Clean Code, VIPER, MVVM, MVP, SOLID principles, and TDD
