- Key Responsibilities- _Lead the information gathering and design process for a client implementation, including the development of functional business requirements and solution scope documents.

_ you will do:**
+ Leading a project team in delivering an Oracle Cloud solution to the customer
+ Overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverable, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management,
+ Methodically managing complex business and logistical challenges
+ Managing all project resources, including subcontractors,
+ Providing day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer
+ Exercise creativity, independent judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques.
+ Interact with all roles at customer - including CIO, CTO, IT Architects, technical staff and Business representative for all internal and external reporting
**Skills and qualifications needed:**
+ Bachelor or Master's degree
+ Previous solid experience in managing full life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud complex projects
+ Strong analytical and time management skills
+ Promptly performs analysis of business process requirements
+ Ability to balance investigating/troubleshooting on your own
+ Specific Previous implementation experience of Oracle applications and/or technology products
+ Quickly establishes and subsequently nurtures long-term customer and supplier relationships
+ International and cross cultural project management experience
+ PM Methodology certification is a must
+ Scrum Master certification is an advantage
+ Excellent experience of consolidating and harmonising business management systems
+ Prior consulting and/or project management experience required
+ Specific knowledge of Oracle industry solutions is an advantage
+ Significant C-level presentation experience

What you’ll achieve

As a Principal Software Technologist - Analytics, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of new software technology enabling Dell to address the demands of 5G wireless solutions. You will work within a global development team, actively collaborating with our technical and business leaders as part of an intrapreneurial team building a new business from the ground up. From applied research to advanced engineering, Dell’s 5G R&D team will design and develop ground-breaking products & solutions. It’s a fascinating field of work. You will be involved in assessing the competition, developing technology and products and generating intellectual property.

You will:

- Design & develop 5G Solution Platform & Orchestration Software.
- Participate in creation and review of design document that will drive the implementation of 5G Solution Platform & Orchestration Software
- Implement and unit test key features, per implementation plans and design documents
- Work to identify and drive improvements, integration and test automation
- Work closely with the verification group to ensure the completeness, quality and performance of the implemented functionality
