Responsibilities

1. Review Contract Bids: Terms & Conditions, Specifications, Bill of Material, and Drawings.
2. Develop and update the Project Schedule, from the Master Schedule to Detailed and Recovery/Revised Schedules (including EOT, Prolongation Costs, Delay Analysis, and Cost/Time Impact Reports).
3. Manage, monitor, and control the Project Budget, Invoices, and Subcontractors' activities in line with the Project Contract and Time Schedule.
4. Follow up and coordinate with the Client, Project Parties, Suppliers, and Subcontractors.
5. Prepare and issue project reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual) as required, ensuring accurate and timely reporting standards are maintained.
6. Maintain effective and ongoing communication with the Construction and Engineering Teams.
7. Ensure timely execution and recording of Site Inspections and FATs as requested by the Client.
8. Review Subcontractors' claims in coordination with the Project Contract and Specifications.
9. Handle logistics from shipping to project warehouse delivery to enable timely invoicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 5+ years experience in Planning Engineer or any relevant field
• Solid knowledge of Planning logic and Primavera & MS Project

• Compile an array of reports at various stages of the project to analyze deviations
• Support project management process to ensure manufacturing processes and facilities are implemented within specified timeframes and deliver planned targets
