Job Purpose
Professionally manage IT projects within his segments to achieve maximum value within lower

Report To Position Name
Handle projects management across the IT in response to different demands (Business support
systems, commercial products and services)
- Define project stakeholder scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals
- Conduct Kick off meeting to communicate project objectives and announce project start-up
- Support in achieving company targets through leading the projects stakeholders to deliver
projects with least cost & TTM.
- fulfill the company P&S road-map that support the company strategic goals.

- Conduct project post mortems (Lessons learnt) and create recommendations report in order to
identify successful and unsuccessful projects elements.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope identifying potential risks and devise contingency
plans.
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project stakeholders and influence them to take positive
action and accountability for their assigned work.
- Build, develop and grow needed business relationships vital to the success of the project.
Perform on-site vendor management (tracking vendor resources activities timesheet) to
ensure timely and quality delivery of business requirements (with immediate escalation of major
issues or project delays)

Assist the team head in monitoring and interpreting regulatory, governance and global policy changes which impact LLR reserves
