• Designing, reviewing, and coordinating
  Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)
  systems for diverse projects
• Preparing detailed drawings, load calculations, and technical documentation

• Ensuring all MEP systems comply with local/international codes, safety regulations, and client requirements
• Conducting site inspections, reviewing installations, and resolving technical issues on-site
• Supporting project execution, timelines, and cost optimization

Qualifications

• 3–15 years of relevant experience in
  MEP design and/or supervision
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and relevant design software
  (e.g., HAP, Dialux, ETAP)
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems
• Familiarity with international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA, IEC, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving and multidisciplinary coordination skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (MEP specialization preferred)
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Previous experience in large-scale or multidisciplinary projects is a plus

Qualifications & Requirements

• Deep technical understanding of HVAC, plumbing, drainage systems, and related mechanical systems
• Very good command of English (written & spoken)
• Proven track record of good customer management, and specifications
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
